We investigate primarily the neurophysiology of arm movement control in both parietal and frontal lobes of primates. Executive functions are also investigated. Neural mechanisms are studied in both behaving monkeys, performing a variety of tasks, and humans. The lab is also involved in the study of network-level phenomena by using both conventional and innovative stimulating/recording techniques.
